Very good and friendly service. I took my 21-foot travel trailer for some repairs. Steve was very knowledgeable and found an issue that others in the past had not found. His service department (I only met one guy, but I forgot his name) was very good and went over the repairs he had completed . He also gave me some good advice on several other things in the rig.

I had a rush job on a budget, I had called in asking for a quote and Steve got back to me within 30 minutes... unfortunately I had to tell him it was outside of my budget at that price. I didn't ask for another quote, however he took it upon himself to find comparable materials to install the 5th wheel hitch I had and came in at a price that I COULD afford. I have since returned for additional work and will continue to do so. Steve came in right on the penny from the estimate he gave me. No attempts to upcharge or add additional fees at all.Thank you Twisted Trailers.... that is how you win lifetime customers.

This is what the top of my cab looks like after they sprayed my bed. I took my truck back down there and he continued to tell me that they masked off the whole cab. He would not get up in the back of the truck to look at it. All he said was bring it in when you get time and we'll clean it. All said with an attitude like I am being picky. I don't trust them to not mess up the paint job or scratch it. Highly recommend NOT to go here.

Had some wierd trailer brake noise coming down the mountain passes during my military move. These guys were able to squeeze me in no notice and promptly inspect the brake system at a fair price. All was well and me and my family were on our way with piece of mind. Brakes worked great the rest of my trip. Thank you DJ for the professional work and thank you Twisted Trailer for squeezing us in.

took weeks to screw up parts wouldn't gave us back refund because of a bag and cops don't care.they are horrible and telling me i could not get nd parts cheaper and guess what i did.please just go hide nline for parts or somewhere else.they are rude and money hungry. and don't care that kids going with out.

My estimate was for $900 and was handed a bill for over $2700. Also was told it would take a week or less and was there over 2 months. If you get a estimate make sure to get a written one.

Waited for around 2 months and when I started asking to get it back they hurried and finally diagnosed some issues but didn't fix them. Then charged for diagnosis on a bunch of small items but didn't do the work. When I brought the RV in I was very clear about only doing what warranty would cover. They did work and the a month later asked the warranty company what they would cover.. they don't do what they say and certainly would not recommend dealing with their incompetence. Save a head ache and find a repair shop that won't try to make money diagnosing a problem they can't get fixed under 2 months. Plus they won't be negotiable about the bill and will start immediately asking if you are refusing to pay, basically threatening not to release the RV back to you. The list of grievances is too long to post here! Just stay clear of at all possible!

Amazing service! Full system check of water system (fresh&tanks), propane system, generator, full strip and reseal of my roof and multiple other small things inside! Done in 4 business days! Staff was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through a ton of the intricate details I'm still learning. 10/10 would go again.

Pressure regulator for my Toyhauler failed .. they diagnosed problem ordered the parts.. came to my place and fixed it ??? awesome customer service and great people to deal with

We took our class C motorhome into them almost 6 months ago. They kept saying we'll get to it in a couple of weeks. They never did. We just picked it up, and absolutely nothing was done to it. All we got were excuses. Every time my wife called they were not pleasant and very rude to her.There is no way in my opinion I could, or would recommend them.
