What really put the experience over the top are the owners. We had an issue with a lid sensor so we called Traeger to get it fixed and the owners personally called me to set up an appointment where they came to our house and fixed the problem!

“We purchased four Cafe kitchen appliances from Willamette Valley Appliance at the beginning of 2025. The staff was very knowledgeable and the install went very well, the technician was very professional and informative. We qualified for a $400 rebate from GE on our purchase. We submitted all the model numbers, serial numbers and proof of purchase for the rebate. We heard nothing from them for 12 weeks. I called customer service at Cafe (GE) , a very frustrating phone call to a foreign country with a difficult language barrier, and was told our claim had been denied. The correct documentation had not been submitted, the form was a work order, identical to the invoice, was not accepted. I got a copy of the invoice and resubmitted. This time I did receive an email stating that WVA had to provide the invoice to them. It seemed like they were stonewalling me. Furious, I went into WVA and stated my dilemma in person. Although retailers do not usually get involved with manufacturer rebates, one of the staff Pam, got on the phone with Cafe customer service and firmly and authoritatively discussed the situation with a supervisor. Within a few days received an email that my claim had been approved and I received the rebate in the form of a debit card.
Kudos to Pam and WVA for going the extra mile in customer service!”
