They protected my flooring and countertops, pulled out the old and installed the new. They had to make some modifications to our cabinets for the hosing but knew exactly what was needed and how to do it with no damage. After installation they even gave me a quick tutorial on my new dishwasher. Highly recommend this company!”

“The sales person was very patient and helpful. The delivery men were prompt. The unfortunate thing involving the installation happened because of the defective part. The handle could not be attached because of the stripped threads where the handle is attached to the fastener and secured by the set screw. Now waiting to hear if the part is available or if the freezer will have to be returned.”

While I’m not usually one to purchase a service plan, you really can’t beat the value of the plan offered by Stark’s. It was a no-brainer. “Hot Spot was first class on answering questions for installation of my wood stove on a new construction vacation home. I made three separate purchases from them over a 5 month period with the last one (my error) being the wrong parts. They had no problem processing my return even though it was purchased two months prior. Great showroom, great selection, hidden gem if your looking for anything to do with fireplace/woodstoves.”

“Google saves the day! Typically the employee responsible of that specific aisle, does not know the answer or have a clue of what I am looking for or trying to find. Google and YouTube works great for figuring out how to install or what part I need. The best thing Home Depot has done in the last year is update their app. Now when the app opens it locates what store you're in and tells you what aisle the product is located. GREAT! I guess this is because the associates do not know where things are? The bad part of this store is the over tilt to self check out. The Military discount codle is not on the app so you do not need to verify with an employee. Pretty soon, we will only have two workers in the store...LMAO”

“Your basic Home Depot conveniently located right off the Murrayhill exit on 26, I stop by this location when I'm in the area. It has all the typical departments and layout but somehow it seems easier to get around, not as massive and overwhelming. The store is well organized, shelves are stocked and they typically have what I'm looking for whether that's ant killer, cleaning products, lighting, garden supplies or hardware. And they always have seasonal items like Christmas, BBQ, and spring-fall, annuals, perrenials, shrubs and trees. Plus garden soil, planters and supplies. The indoor houseplant section is also nice and they always have a varied selection. Succulents, bromeliad, pathos, ferns, snake plants, cactus - I've bought it all! My entire plant selection is thriving and I've only had one plant that didn't do well and they exchanged it no questions asked. Most stores don't reimburse you for plants because they have no idea if it was cared for properly. The fact that they gave me a new pothos made me a happy and return customer.”

He walked me though the process and took the time to explain what I needed to do. What an asset to Home Depot!! Steve is a great customer service agent. Thank you Sir!!”
“Had the BEST customer service experience with Tom at the paint department! It was busy and yet he took the time to stop, smile and greet me, gave helpful paint suggestions and made sure I got all the right supplies for my projects! His customer service was a level 10 from beginning to end. This store should be very lucky to have him because in my experience, amazing customer service is a rare thing these days.”
“Popped in here to pick up an online order. I had to use the locker system (new to me) and Tessa at the customer service desk was so kind and helped me out. I never have a problem coming here. A few years ago my son got hurt at this location (he was okay!) and Home Depot went above and beyond for my family then and so I always come back to this location and they never disappoint. Over the past months employees from different departments have been the best helpers, even if they are unsure ( or new) we figure it out together. I will try to update this more regularly since I feel like it is unique for a home improvement store to feel homey.”
“Always a great place to come to for great quality furniture, electronics, and appliances. They have everything from fridges to washers and dryers to sofa lovelseats hideaway bed couches computers xbox's playstations, etc. The best part is that they let you lease it if you can't buy it outright. I've always had the best customer service when coming here too. Always trying to help me out when I need it. Highly recommend getting the aarons club with any purchase because no matter how many agreements you start it covers them all for only $9.99 a Month! Great deal!”
“Today I was at Home Depot loading up a bunch of bark dust that I had bought when Tim came up upon us and asked if he could help. “Went to Basco to replace a 36 inch gas stove with a dual fuel one. For those who’ve had to do this, it isn’t an easy choice given the variety of stoves and prices. We were fortunate to be assigned Chris Bahn as our sales rep. He was great at showing us the options and highlighting the pros and cons of each, including actually reaching out to the manufacturers rep on three needs we had (the first being able to light the gas burners in a power outage, the second in ensuring that a 40 amp circuit was enough for that electric oven, and the third in ensuring clearance at the back would allow us to slide in the stove over our gas and electric lines). Chris provided written quotes, did a huge amount of follow up work and went above and beyond even after the sale was made. A small problem with an igniter on one of the burners was followed up on quickly by the Basco service team who sent out a repair company promptly. In all, we had a great experience and hope to continue to buy our appliances here.”

“The Best Buy is great! They have a huge selection of electronics and more stuff! I did not know a Best buy will have blenders and juicers, but this one had them! The employees are also very kind and always are happy to help. The store has so much stuff to see. Many of their items are great, but they are way too overpriced. $600 for something online for only $200 is a big difference. But still the Best Buy is great and a great and fun visit. Lots of Best Buys are closing, but I am glad this one stayed. I hopefully will come back. Highly recommended for a visit.”
