“My car died on me and my alternator and belt needed to be replaced. I jumped my car and pulled in around 3:30 with my hazards on and my car sputtering and failing me, I was immediately greeted outside and they tested my alternator right away. My car was in and out with a new alternator and belt in less than an hour!! Very fair price for what you get here. I will be coming back if I have any other issues with my car!”

“The good people at Muffler Works repaired the exhaust leak on our 1964 AMC Rambler American 440. The mechanic determined we had a leak at the flange connecting to the stock manifold and that the entire exhaust system did not need replacing thereby saving us a lot of money. Thank you very much Muffler Works for the excellent exhaust repairs and excellent customer service.”

“We have a jeep in our family. They went to the drive in there across the street from new berg jeep. Unfortunately the battery died during the movie. That was on Saturday April 30,2022. We had to leave it inside the drive in until today Sunday May 1,2022. The tow company first told us they would be there at 9 am, mind you this started at 1:30 in the morning. So we go back and wait for the tow. Then they said it would be between 12:30 and 2 pm. Before they would get there. I seen the jeep dealer sign and thought maybe just maybe they could help. I went over there and asked the three very nice young men wait to go inside if they knew where I could get some help. Told them what and where and the young man said we can help. He grabbed the charging box they have and come with us and helped us get it started. Man what a wonderful thing. My sister who's Jeep it is is disabled and on oxygen. I don't remember his name but he was wonderful with very blue eyes. He is truly a gentleman. He saved the day. He said he use to be a mechanic there now he has another job there. I wanted to say how much we appreciate what he did for us. We live in SE Portland so it's not like it was within walking distance. Thank newberg for having such awesome associates. Ten plus stars”

I’d like everyone to know that CARLOS was the owner of this amazing repair shop! But his family and kids moved away to the East side of the USA and he no longer owns this place. EDDIE bought the company and has been destroying Carlos’s reputation/company name and all the amazing years Carlos put into his business and took care of his customers.
Please know that Auto Crew Car Care Center would not truly do any customer dirty. Carlos took care of his clients and charged at suuuch a great price! It’s so sad that he moved away because I haven’t been able to trust any mechanic since. I went to Carlos for many many years! He took care of all my cars and all my family and friends. Eddie I will say.. isn’t treating the continuation of Carlos’s business good. I just really want everyone to know so you have the real info on this place!! And to not bash the business name for Carlos, but to hold Eddie accountable and responsible for the bad service.”

“No one likes paying for auto repairs. But I have been bringing my vehicles to Precision for years (including my classic Studebaker) and they have always been helpful and fair. Their knowledgeable mechanics are available to explain their diagnosis and repair suggestions and the folks in the office are friendly. Their shop has a welcoming, hometown vibe, and I never feel pressured or overcharged for work done. I know folks who come from miles away to have their vehicles repaired here.”

“My egr cooler took a dump, I saw the engine tore apart, major job. John did the delete job on my 05 Deisel. This was about 3 weeks ago. This weekend I hauled my 33 foot 5th wheel to fort stevens by Astoria coming from Newberg. Highway 26 has some serious hills and the truck had no problem.
