“I waited a minute before I posted a review because it seemed too good to be true that my absolute dumpster fire buy of a used car was fixed. My guardian angels were working overtime let me tell you. Several critical repairs - wheel bearings, break pads falling off because of the wheel bearings, the pulley from the engine connecting to the crankshaft was bent and eating up belts left and right, my muffler had rusted and split to make me sound like a nascar driver from blocks away, the power steering fluid pump had broken, both front axels and the rear break rotors. Basically it was a horrible used car purchase giving up my RAV-4 because I couldn’t afford it in changing jobs and balancing student loans. I had already gone to one mechanic that said the only issue was the serpentine belt that he swapped out without putting it to tension, so I was hundreds of dollars down and nowhere close to a fixed car. I met Jenny out in the wild while I was working, and she mentioned she worked at an auto repair in Sherwood. This was so humble of her because she helps her family and the mechanics run the place! Her family started it back in 2001 and they’ve been booked and busy for good reason ever since! They were extremely kind and honest with me. They honestly charged me SUCH A DEAL of what they could’ve in the range for the work I got done there. The repairs cost more than I bought the car for but after some research it seemed like the risk of buying a new car was worse than fixing the one I was familiar with. Jordan was the lead mechanic on this job and my gosh. What a friggin WIZARD. Not to mention the location is convenient to get to, and the office is nice (this shouldn’t matter with an auto repair but it was reassuring), and they have animals in the office! Cats they’ve adopted and a doggo that if you’re lucky enough will say hi. I liked what they did and how they handled me so much, I brought in my basically adopted family’s Corolla to get repaired as well. To which they tried the very inexpensive option to see if that would work prior to having them fix a very expensive part. Very honest people. You won’t regret giving them your business.”
