“Making an appointment online is easy but our care team is usually booked out a bit. If we need to get seen sooner, a phone call to get an earlier date tends to go most smoothly if you are lucky enough to get Kathleen. She's thorough & if she doesn't know the answer to a question, she's honest & will get you an answer even if it requires a follow up phone call or message using MyChart. Check-In process is always quick, especially if you utilize the option to Pre Check-in online. The staff working the front counter is friendly & always willing to help with additional information when needed (financial assistance forms & phone number to apply). Ryan is usually the member of my Care Team that walks me to the Exam Room & get me ready to see our PCP. He pays attention to details & always calms me (have horrible anxiety & "white coat syndrome") while taking my vitals & prepare the information for the doctor. Dr. Dunn was the 2nd doctor I saw it this location, (I didn't like how pushy a previous doctor at this location was). I'm definitely not a typical patient due to a very complex medical history. Dr. Dunn has taken over my care since moving here in 2020 & has never shied away from helping me get answers & better care from the specialty doctors on my team. He's help me build a phenomenal team of doctors & has even ordered tests to help the specialty doctors have answers when I arrive to them. That's truly above & beyond from other PCPs I've seen in the past. Dr. Dunn is close to our age, so I'm confident we will have continued amazing care for many years!”
