Comfort Inn Newport is a very comfortable hotel that offers good value for the money. The rooms are nice, clean, spacious, odor free, and comfortable. The staff is super friendly, helpful, welcoming, kind, professional, polite, and very informative. The climate control and AC units work super well. Its location is awesome, just a short walk or a few blocks from the beach, with super convenient access to downtown and nearby sights. The breakfast is good, featuring coffee and waffles. Parking presents no problems. Guests highly recommend it and would happily stay again.
Some hotels are quieter than others. This is not one of them. We always expect some level of noise however we should not be able to clearly hear the conversation of the staff right outside our room door as if we were involved in the conversation. We got a really nice clean and quiet room. The breakfast was good. The location is perfect so close to beach and few block to the harbor.
