“Central OR coast winter storm, many without power. Our Spectrum internet was down & I rebooted it several times. Called for a rough estimate for restoration of service in our area. Spectrum service said we should not be down, they reset on their end and Restored Service. Solid Customer Service: checked to see if we were impacted, reset on their end & clear communication. Thank You.”
