We were informed of room cancellation upon arrival. No one attempted any contact and we received no help with finding other accommodations nor with refund. Three days later I still have no refund and cannot contact anyone at site or at their “booking service.”

We made reservations here almost 3 weeks in advance and 2 days before our stay Schooner landing cancelled or stay! Very disappointing. But reading other reviews that’s just how this place operates. Don’t get let down like us, just choose somewhere else! I would give zero stars if it would let me.

Nice apartments, the air mattress they provided was leaking so wasn't the best. Pretty outdoor areas. We were disappointed the pool was closed.

Was great, big rooms, no pool, bit of a ways to the beach gravel was slippery fell immidetly. free coffee, the toilets were loud, they refilled slow. They had so much extra toilet paper but our car wasn't big enough to take it. The rooms did not smell like mold, showers had a little needed some new caulk. Rooms were clean very comfy, nice furniture, we didn't get a good view, no nets on the screens but no bugs at all! We saw lizards, coyotes, jellyfish, crabs. Agate beach had bugs that came with the tide and bit you hard and the dunes were hard to walk.

Had a wonderful 3 days, relaxing and recharging, refreshing, and regrouping. Loved hearing the waves. 🌊Any time at the coast is time well spent.

Stayed here a few times in the past and it was great! We stayed this last weekend for our 20th Anniversary and everything was great, until it was time to shower or bathe..only got literally a foot of water in jetted tub not enough to even get close to the jets so you couldn't turn them on and that's all the hot water you get for the day..we stayed in 304 btw..very very out dated..like 90's style and really needs remodeling inside and out..Think that was our last stay there..FRONT DESK LADY AT OFFICE WAS VERY SWEET THOUGH!

You are better off staying at the Motel 6 you will have better accommodations. I write this as i sit on the uncomfortable couch less than 24hrs after check in. They have NO POOL or anything else. The handle for bathroom sink comes off in your hand. It has Outdated worn out furniture the extra bed is a blow up mattress! It's got no beach access. They put the king bed in the non master bedroom. Jac n Jill style bathroom so be comfortable with whoever you bring with you as they will hear all your bissiness. When we booked it a year ago it says indoor pool and hot tub even though reviews show that it was not available then and still is not. My husband said the front desk lady was very nice when checking in so the staff is the only thing they have going for them.
Update: day 2 and while they have no amenities on site they did give us passes to the local rec center. Also my niece and I have been enjoying putting together puzzles and playing games which are available in the office.

Great for a one night stay occasionally. Dated resort. Room was pretty clean. Glasses dusty. Pots and pans are old. Location is good. Beach is close by. Sadly it is owned by many timeshares, so I think it's a struggle for them all to agree on fixing things, and investing money. It's a good chunk of property, maybe rebuilding a new resort..It's definitely not on the higher end of Worldmark resorts. I rather stay here a night then a hotel. Pool is closed and you have to pay for laundry..I think Vacation internationale owns most of the units here. I feel safe here that's a big positive.

Price is horrible for what you get. Why is it this expensive, it is the worst hotel. Everything is dated, lots of smell from cigarettes in the room though it was non smoking.

Beautiful location, clean rooms, and we got a great ocean view. Only downside was, pool was under construction and the path to the beach was a little too long. But it was beautiful and my kids loved exploring the tide pool.

Rooms are decorated in the 70's and there are no amenities. Pool is being replaced. You need to pay for laundry. The carpet was filthy but they cleaned it when I requested so we had a wet carpet for 3 days. No one is available after 6 PM in the front office or after 3 PM to exchange linens. But it's a great location!
