Been with them for years since BoA they helped us manage all the changes and always gone above and beyond with customer service...even going with me to help straighten out a problem outside the bank! The issues with BoA were because of BoA not Cascades or FIB. They personally worked very hard to straighten out all the mess. They were difficult transitions for all. You can not blame the employees for what BoA did to us all. PS they are the same people who were there as BoA - they have not changed, if anything the customer service is now superior to when it was a BoA.”
