I don’t usually write reviews, but after getting my car back from Springer, I felt compelled to share my experience. My car was hit by a deer during a vacation to Lost Lake in late July 2024. Even though I was driving carefully, the accident broke the bracket of my right headlight, damaged the housing, and bent the right fender. I was at a loss since I didn’t know of any reputable body and paint shops in town. Luckily, a friend and colleague of mine recommended Springer Body and Paint, as his friends had been pleased with their work.
I decided to take my Tesla MYP to Springer, where I was warmly welcomed by Aimee, the owner, and Noel, the collision estimator. Noel played a huge role in the process, walking me through every detail of the damage assessment. She and Aimee explained the breakdown of the estimate clearly, helping me understand which parts and repairs were necessary. They were patient and answered all my questions, ensuring that I felt confident about the next steps. Their thoroughness and professionalism made the whole experience far less stressful.
Both Noel and Aimee worked together to make sure I got a detailed and accurate estimate quickly. Since Springer is not yet Tesla-certified, Noel also explained that I would need to order certain parts from Tesla myself, but she still made the process as smooth as possible. Despite this, Springer has extensive experience dealing with insurance, and within two days, They helped secure approval for the repairs.
Once all the necessary parts arrived—including a new headlight and some smaller components—they provided me with an accurate timeline for the job. They did an outstanding job on my car. If you didn’t know about the accident, you wouldn’t be able to tell anything had happened, even down to the smallest details. The body technician, Jon, expertly straightened the fender, prepped the surface for painting, and aligned everything perfectly (a common issue with new Teslas, especially the hood). Juan, the painter, matched the new paint with the original so seamlessly that even a perfectionist like me was satisfied. The detailing specialist, Keone, washed and cleaned the car thoroughly, making it look brand new.
I couldn’t find anything to complain about—their craftsmanship and attention to detail were remarkable. Springer also went above and beyond by helping me coordinate with the PPF (paint protection film) shop to ensure the front of my car was restored to its pre-accident condition. If I could, I’d give them six stars. Below are some before and after photos of the repairs (note: the left fender still had the PPF on it, which is why the color appears slightly different, but it all matches once the PPF is reapplied).”

“Had a read window and some lift gate parts replaced on my Crosstrek, and the shop did a great job. The work is high quality and was completed on time and on budget. The shop encountered a brief delay waiting on a specific part the insurance required, because of a federal holiday, but that was well communicated and the revised timeline was met. Not sure if the owner handles all customer relations, but he is who I worked with, and that was a great experience. Very friendly and realistic man.”

“Awesome mechanic. I’ve had them change the clutch on my old Honda crv and it worked perfectly and they charged a very fair rate. Just now I took my truck in to get the ac compressor replaced because I thought it needed to be and they looked at it and told me it works fine and made the adjustments needed. Most mechanic would not be honest like that especially with money involved. These guys are the best.”

What you also failed to mention is that the incident that you are talking about was the second time we had a problem with you blocking the street. “I have not purchased a car at Doherty Ford; however, I have purchased parts and have had my F350 and my Bronco serviced and repaired at this dealership. Top-notch people are working at a top-notch service department. Casey and Jeff are two of the friendliest, most capable, and most responsible service people I have met. They ran into a few issues when doing a performance flash on my Bronco. They asked if I could bring it back after they had some time to research the problem, and I agreed. I went on a business trip and forgot all about it when I got back. They called me and asked me when I could bring it in. Regardless, they figured it out and got it done. I was told by a friend to go see Adrain at crystal image, long story short he made my car look like it came off the showroom floor for a lot less than others paint shops around the area. “The most enterprising shop I have seen. Hector quickly made an estimate of what it would take to take the significant bend out of my car door. And in under an hour, he had the door fixed. Very good job, very competent bodyshop owner and very enterprising - he had a few minutes and simply worked the problem and fixed it. Definitely worth the stop if you are in need of body work on your car. They may do smaller mechanical fixes too like brakes suspension etc.”
