“Dr. Kamen is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had no joke. She answered every single one of my questions that I had and really took time to understand my problems. So much of the tests I wanted to do in the past were never done because my doctors simply just didn’t want to do it or said that this test doesn’t exist when it did. Dr. Kamen actually recommended these tests without me having to ask. Like a candida test which I wanted to do for a while now. I feel like I’m going onto the right step of figuring out my stomach problems and the root cause.”
“Incredibly easy to schedule a same-day or next-day appointment online. Providers are invariably efficient and helpful. They often have the medications they prescribe on hand, sparing a trip to the pharmacy. Over the years I've gotten everything from chest x-rays to physical therapy referrals from ZoomCare, and I have yet to have a bad experience.”

SHE IS ON IT NO DILLY DALLY FOR HER .SHE IS THOROUGH.WE CAN LAUGH AT THINGS THAT COME UP .. AND MY TIME WITH HER IS ALWAYS PRODUCTIVE.SHE A BIT FURTHER THAN MILWAUKIE OR HAPPY VALLEY BUT SHES WORTH IT . IT'S LIKE GOIN TO SEE A FREIND .BUILDING IS NEW.. “Visited this lab location to get blood draw ordered by my Dr. It was so efficient. I arrived about 15 minutes after they opened and no one else was in waiting area. I checked in on the tablet and was called back in a few minutes. It inky took few minutes and I was on my way. So quick and painless. Great experience and would recommend this lab location.”
“I'm from out of state, and had an urgent dermatological health concern that needed to be addressed. I tried calling several clinics but their earliest appointments were 3-5 months away. Zoom was able to see much sooner so I made an appt online. And, even better, I personally went into a clinic and asked if there was a waiting list...sure enough there is!! A few days later a spot opened up . . .I was so grateful!!Plus, the health professional I saw, Erin Hagen, in Dermatology, was exceptional. She was very familiar w/ my condition (where most Dr.'s arent) and she treated me like a fellow human being, not a number. She was patient, understanding & very attentive. A true professional & wonderful person.”

“Finding Northwest Integrative Medicine was a huge deal for me and my family. It’s the first place I recommend to people because they pay attention to long-time problems AND little problems! I can go to urgent care 5 times for the same thing, and no other doctors really care to dig deeper. Yes it gets better, but why does it keep happening? And that’s one of the first things I was asked to consider by Dr Jessie. WOW. The front staff is so nice and welcoming. You can just tell they really care about helping people. A big thank you to everyone at the clinic for making such a big difference in my health and life.”

“I love this office! I see Dr. Jennifer Herber and have been for years, she is amazing. She truly cares about my health and we are always on the same page. Her medical assistants have always been great too and made me feel comfortable.The office has good hours, easy to communicate using the patient portal, great parking lot, and great location for me. They seem to take almost all insurances.If this location doesn't have a same day appointment which is rare, I can find another location that is pretty close like Happy Valley, Oregon City, or the other Milwaukie location.”

“I've definitely seen people get turned away by the male pharmacist - he seems to be very rigid on following policies.That said, factoring in that this is a smaller pharmacy so naturally they'd be more limited on what they can carry and have a smaller window of operation, it's a great place.I really love that it's walking distance, though, and they sell many medications and store products that are close to expiry for around $1-$5 instead of msrp/retail.Considering "expired" medication just has slightly reduced efficacy, but is almost always totally safe, this is an incredible opportunity to save a lot of money on necessitiesThey are also more limited than wallgreens and cvs or safeway with being capable of redeeming things like manufacturer rebates, likely due to being a much smaller localized pharmacy and not part of a larger regional/national system.All in all, fair pricing, ease of access, and reliable service/timelines and communication are what sell me on this place, though if I didn't live so close I also wouldn't bother to make the trek.”
“Deborah has been the only provider I completely trust with my health. She’s been my PCP for almost a decade and I have no plans of changing care anytime soon. The wait time can be crazyyy sometimes but I know that when/if needed she spends that time with me as well. She doesn’t end the visit when the clock says so but when my questions and concerns have been answered.”
“I have primary care here and have for a couple years now. I am always treated with respect and kindness. I specifically want to give Sarah a shout-out for making me feel truly cared for this morning after getting my covid results back. She was so kind and helpful and really made my whole day. She also helped me immediately for my asthma since my methods weren't working. I was given a new type of inhaler which she said made all the difference for her when she was sick. She also made me feel like she truly cared when she told me to message the portal to let her know I was okay later. It's people like her who deserve a raise, or at the very least some recognition. Thank you Sarah! And thank you to everyone at this facility doing what they can to help fight the COVID-19 virus. I appreciate you all.”

“We found One Medical by chance, and so far, we are pleased with our experience and health services. They have offices all over and are growing, and this location is within walking distance from us. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the current Doctor is thoughtful and experienced, and the place is inviting, relaxing, and clean. Finally, while not perfect, what they are doing with their mobile and web apps is revolutionary and desperately needed to connect patients to care and billing services.”

“I have been coming to family medical group since 1996.I'm on my third doctor as the two prior ones retired.I'm currently seeing Dr. Susan Berke. I know she's an LPN, but she is as good or better than most doctors I've seen in the past. I'm seventy one years old and am constantly running into annoying and odd medical issues that she is able to "Sherlock Holmes" a diagnosis.I'm also very pleased with the medical assistants, and the front office staff. They are always very polite and friendly.I was worried when they were bought out by the large corporation that things we're going to change or they might even close down. I was very relieved to find out things were going to be slightly different, but the same.”
“Dr. Kerry is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable, caring, and attentive during visits. I always feel like she genuinely listens and takes her time during appointments to ensure that you are getting the care you need. She does also offer some alternative medicine practices, but will not pressure you to go that way if you do not wish to. The clinic itself is also very nice, and has a much more home-like feel rather than clinical, with tea and comfortable seating.”
