“This has quickly become my favorite store. Bi-mart reminds me of Walmart in the 90's. This is the only place I buy ammunition now and I have made many firearm purchases, it's always smooth and always competitively priced. Always great service And friendly staff. **UPDATE** as of 2026 the whole bi-mart franchise is still one of if not the best places to buy guns, ammo and work ware. Love all these guys.”

“I started using New Era (2021 I think?) at the suggestion of my doctor. I use a rectal cream that is the most healing product I've ever used. Their prices are on the higher end but their products are top quality. Shipping is even reasonable and saves me a long drive up from Salem. Customer service is wonderful-warm, considerate and personable. I'm so happy with New Era!!! Just today I called about a prescription and when they couldn't find it, worked it out promptly and kindly with the clinic and me. If I could give ten stars I would!!!”
“The service is usually quite prompt and reliable, although I have had communication difficulties at times when calling in with questions. Customer service seems to be hit or miss depending on who you reach.
My major quibble is their refusal to offer auto-refills. It would be helpful if they offered this option for patients who rely on the same medications every single month. For those of us with executive dysfunction and other barriers that prevent us from remembering to manually refill our meds every month, it’s incredibly frustrating to have to do so every single time. This policy has caused me to go without my medication too frequently while I wait for my manual refill.
No explanation is given for why this is a policy, beyond being repeatedly told, “it’s because we are a compounding pharmacy.” Frankly, this excuse makes zero sense as I have worked with multiple compounding pharmacies across the country who automatically refill my medications and notify me via a simple text message reminder. Surely this is a process improvement that would help many patients avoid missing doses of crucial medications. Hopefully you will consider implementing it!”

“Unfortunately I've had terrible experiences with Fred Myers and also rite aid and Walgreens. Credna is by far the best most professional pharmacy I've ever experienced. They are friendly and prompt and if you have an issue they handle it without attitude. Definitely recommend them. 👍👌”

It used to be as simple as calling to see if a refill could be available by break and my walking down the stairs for it. I have tremendous gratitude for Mary and staff. When they implore that I feel better as I leave, I do a little. Their kindness reaches that level.”
“I was a customer of another Pharmacy in Milwaukie for almost 5yrs. but they became so busy, I no longer could speak with a pharmacist or assistant when I called to make sure my prescription would be filled by the time and day I could make it in to pick it up. The staff was so busy that there couple times I did get through to ask a question and if iI get through the automated assistant I was disconnected 3 separate times after being on hold for 15+30 minutes! I even got so impatient and upset that I began to raise my voice with the automated system because it was like Fort Knox to get through to a real person. I had to repeat myself over and over and then disconnect my call. When it would just repeat the same thing over and over and kl the last time this happened, I finally got a grip, took a breath and thought, I must be really silly to know that I DO have a choice of whether I continue to go thru this asI felt I was loyal and trying to be patient until I pulled myself together and decided to make that choice and that was to transfer and start getting my questions, prescriptions and recommendations about various pertenent suggestions and,/or advice to another pharmacy and I must say, altho I do feel bad about where I'd been going before as they were so overworked and understaffed but the relief, efficiency and Staff that Walmart has taken time to talk with me, get a prescription when little notice but a high priority was shared with them and they not only got my situation and prescription ready with quickness, they also looked fresh and even glad to be of service with me as a customer and with a smile!! I have been there several times since then and the treatment and pleasant attitude with every person I've interacted with in their pharmacy has been a blessing and a gift. Thank you Walmart pharmacy staff for your professionalism, courtesy and understanding that you've expressed with me since I've been your customer for months now. I cannot thank you enough and what a relief to no longer gain another condition, like a headache, when picking up my prescriptions previously.

“Archie in flowers was so awesome!! I bought flowers at another Fred Meyer's and was in such a hurry. I forgot to have them wrap them. I live right by the QFC on Burnside, I called there to see if they would wrap them and she said that her booth was being worked on but I could pick up some wrap. When I got there, she had created a space so that she could wrap them for us. She was so sweet and friendly. Such a great interaction when all the chaos of graduation prep was a little bit overwhelming. Thank you!

“Made the mistake of sending a prescription to the Walgreens next door and they said it would take 2 days to fulfill it. Thankfully I was able to get it resent to Fred Meyers and they had it fulfilled within 30 minutes of receiving it. I had to talk to Brianna on the phone a few times to make sure I got it removed from the Walgreens system so she could run it through my insurance. While she would pick up immediately, I unfortunately didn’t have the experience with Walgreens and after 30 minutes on hold had to go into the store to talk to someone before heading over to Fred Meyers. Brianna also was the one who helped me when I got there and was just as nice in person as she was on the phone. I was in and out within a couple minutes. If you don’t have insurance they are even able to run it through a coupon system. We almost did that in case I couldn’t get ahold of Walgreens, the coupon total was just a few dollars more than the insurance price.
I will definitely be getting my prescriptions sent here from now on.”

“I rarely have to wait long, but I suggest going either right when it opens (at 8 or 9am, depending on the day) or an hour or two before the end of the day (either 6 or 7pm, depending on the day) for better efficiency.

Plenty of seating for the wait. Tip: always order ahead if possible.
