I went with my mom, who is a member, but I have not been often. I do like they do weekly member drawings for free items!! I've always been someone who appreciates companies who incentivize their current members, and not just to attract more business.”

They have a great automated system, but you don't have to use it, you can speak with an actual person. And you won't have to wait 20 minutes on hold. “It's really big and can be a little overwhelming if you don't know what you are doing. Plan ahead adding a few extra minutes if it is your first time. I had an hour to kill while my daughter was receiving a PET scan so I wandered around and checked stuff out. There is a cafe downstairs, but it was closed, so i continued on my journey and discovered you can get to doernbecher from the pavilion.The nurses were amazing and attentive to my kiddo.”

“After getting fed up with Rite Aid pharmacies, I took a chance with Division Pharmacy. Frankly, I am blown away. From the first time I called this pharmacy to inquire of their services, Isabella and Zee have been quick to answer the phone, have taken time to answer questions, have quickly filled my Rx’s, notified me as soon as they were ready for pickup. I had one Rx that was not going to work for me, so Isabella communicated with my Dr’s office to make a change for me. Today I was at my Dr’s office. My Dr submitted a new Rx for me while I was there. Before I even left the building, my phone was ringing. It was Isabella calling to tell me my Rx was ready. ??? WHAT? I have never had such stellar service. And, these people down to earth and friendly. I highly recommend Division Pharmacy!”

“I have not had the experience of the one star reviews.I started using this pharmacy because I called them when I first moved to Portland and someone just picked up and talked to me. No automated answering machine, no corporate script, just a normal conversation from person to person, and they kind and patient answering my questions and getting me set upI have adored this pharmacy ever since. They have helped me through a few medication shortages, and have certainly never been particularly rude. Maybe a little direct, but that’s part of why I love these folks. No one puts on the customer-service face for you. You’re just a human being interacting with another human being and that’s not something to take for granted in todays healthcare world.Yes, they require a mask to enter. Yes, the mandate has been lifted. But it’s a pretty simple ask from a mom and pop pharmacy imo. If you can’t respect it, that’s your problem and there are plenty of other pharmacies.”

The pharmacist, a petite woman with dark hair, was all alone but went out of her way to look up my insurance information and get me the vaccine. I am so grateful but sorry I didn’t get the pharmacist’s name. Will return next week for flu shot.”

“Can we please take a moment to thank or be kind to our Rite Aid pharmacist, tech and sales person? I don't often stand in line and hear people being rude, but I did today and it makes me so disheartened when this staff gets treated like garbage. Hey, I get it, people are impatient they have things to do. But so do all the other people waiting, helping or servicing. I just want to shout out Lenon the pharmacist who always checks to see how I'm doing, several of the techs who when they see me immediately know if I'm picking up for my kids or myself, and always are friendly, and the sales people who today kindly commented on my outfit. A second of kindness is all it takes. What do you get out of making someone else angry and miserable? And for the dude who was rude to the tech, what he didn't know or ASK, was that the neighborhood lost its power in the late afternoon until close to midnight. The pharmacy team had to do a massive catch up of orders and existing meds. Give each other grace, it's the least you'd want for yourself. Also, I seriously always appreciate this rite aid for always having our RX stocked and always serving with a friendly demeanor. I know retail pharmacy isn't easy, keep up the great work, y'all.”

“Wow, I have worked with ISSE Pharmacy for one of our agency's homes for over one year. In my 17 years in caring industry, I never seen such efficient long-term pharmacy ever. We have worked with them now for over a year and recently adding our second home. When I was even able to get through to them that is, they'd usually place me on hold for 2+ hours. “5 Stars for Oak Grove/Milwaukie Walmart Pharmacy! I'm not a Walmart fan but I do need a reliable and honest pharmacy. This pharmacy excels in many ways. The Pharmacist, Aimee Q, is accessible, knowledgeable, and empathic. She remembers my name! The pharmacy never has a long wait, is well staffed, and has seating if a wait is necessary. The nearby Fred Meyer Pharmacy is the opposite: indifferent staff, long waits, a chaotic environment, nowhere to sit. Pharmacists Aimee and Marshall take the time to explain or demonstrate how to use a medication. This pharmacy has also been a well kept secret for vaccines: RSV, Covid, Pneumonia, Flu, and others. I got same day, no appointment, RSV and Covid shots in October. I recommend this Walmart Pharmacy to my family, friends, and neighbors. L Elliott, Oak Grove”

“My family and I like this location. It's clean and well kept, and the parking lot is well kept and well lit. There is a good selection of food in the grocery section, and a nice selection of houseware and clothing in the other sections. The employees have generally been friendly, and they've always gotten us through the checkout line fairly quickly. The few times I've had questions the employees have always been helpful. Overall, this is one of the nicer Fred Meyers in the area.”
