The staff is very helpful. The store is clean. Always have what I need. And if they don't, they order it for me. I recommend this place for all your auto needs. came to the rescue and fixed my customers car after hours. These guys did a great job helping me when my car was broken down. Loved this store, the manager was the one who waited on me. He is AWESOME, got the correct wipers for my car and he even installed them. This will be my store for all my car needs. Was in middle of 12 hour drive when halfway thru AC stopped working. We went in to buy what we thought would fix the problem but they helped us figure out what was actually wrong with the car and accepted the return of what we didn’t need. Super helpful and we are so appreciative.
I've never had a bad experience here at our ontario location. Always quick, helpful, and usually knowledgeable staff. But, always double check your parts are the correct parts before trying to use them! Accidents do happen.

CASSY IS THE BEST!!! She literally is so helpful and so is Brittany was super knowledgeable and even looked up a video for me and everything. I cried I was so anxious but they really helped me out. They should get a raise
