“I had a melt down when my washing machine went out that was a connected stacked dryer too and it was a crack and water leaking. Within less than 48 hours The Competition was there with a used working set that looked so beautiful and helped me out in so many ways! Using local is always the best, Jacob was so reassuring at every step of the way and the 2 delivery guys were so nice, clean and did a great job taking it up the stairs! They even removed my old stacked machine and took it away. Definitely recommend over and over!”

“Juan one of the employees that work in there is the ultimate badass!!! That man can make a crazy person sane! Dealing with customer service 611 through cricket is an absolute nightmare and they need professional training because they can make someone nuts!! They have NO IDEA what they are doing at all!!!! Also 611 cricket customer service told me that they don't have technicians!?!?! Juan assured me they do. But Juan fixed the problem and assured me everything will be fine. 611 customer service turned off my service was trying to download different SIM cards and told me that there was a problem with my phone and that I should go in and buy a SIMs card for $10..... I had recently just got this phone because I was having the same problem with the other phone! I took my phone to Juan because I got disconnected from 611 and they never called me back!!!!!! And he had it fixed within 10 minutes and was able to get my original problem fixed that 611 customer service failed to and was going to leave me hanging!!! Thank u Juan for ur help!!! Whoever his boss is this is the second time that he has fixed my phone when customer service has destroyed my phone! You should give him a raise!!! 😁😁”
