I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received at the TCC Verizon store. As a truck driver, finding internet that’s fast, reliable, and stable enough for gaming while traveling is tough. Brandy, the manager, along with her entire staff, went above and beyond to help me. They listened to what I needed and set me up with a plan that consistently delivers 200 Mbps speeds and a smooth 40 ms+ ping. They also guided me toward the best router to maximize performance on the road. Over the last two months, I’ve driven back and forth across the country while playing Call of Duty, Diablo 4, and World of Warcraft — and the connection has been rock‑solid the entire time.
