Customers describe the stores as clean with good staff. However, some are disappointed that the store no longer carries a popular ice cream brand due to a freezer issue. Overall, the store is praised for its wonderful staff, friendly service, and great pharmacy. While the inventory has been less than optimal lately due to supply chain problems, the staff is always able to provide what customers need. As a former employee shares, the Rite Aid pharmacy staff is currently facing challenges with increased demand and staffing shortages, as well as the requirement for COVID-19 vaccinations. Very efficient and friendly staff. Alot of the items are on sale. Fast checkout both in the store and the pharmacy. I love the rewards program using my phone number at the checkout.
