“Our experience with Modern Auto Service was second to none. They took care of my family and I, provided a service car while the repair was performed. Communication with our tech Kristian Longstreet was superb, his courtesy and professionalism made me feel valued as a customer. He provided updates throughout the process and answered all my questions that would ease my concerns. Thank you Kristian and Modern Auto, we will be back.”
“Their customer service was outstanding especially as a woman that doesn't know cars, they made me feel comfortable about having service done. Thank you Zack!!”
“Very honest person. Pointed out the issue and was able to give the best guidance. As well prevent a serious issue from happening that would have fried my AC. Highly recommend him.”
“Morgan was an excellent service advisor. 10/10 for professional and exceptional customer care. Michael the sales person was also excellent and very friendly and professional.
The service tech who did the work was excellent.
All service done as stated. This dealer helped me through a difficult warranty process and genuinely advocated for me as customer. If you've got a Subaru in the Portland area, skip all the other dealers and come to this one.”
