Their mechanic discovered the causes and made the repairs. Our van runs great now; but not only that they gave us a list of some things that we have enough experience to repair ourselves instead of trying to point out more work for the shop. And to top it all off they were able to save us a substantial amount of money. We've never had a mechanic we always go to but sure do now. “We came to AutoZone because of an "engine check light" and to check the battery. Turns out the battery was the problem. Unfortunately you didn't have the battery and it took a lot to put everything back together, and Nick from AutoZone was awesome at helping with all that. Later, we were having a real struggle taking the battery out to put a new one in that we got to put into our car. Sadie came out of AutoZone and saw that we were having problems and helped us. She did not have to do this, but she did it with a smile on her face while helping us. I want to give a big shout out to these two extraordinary helpful people, Nick and Sadi.
