“I have brought two vehicles here on three separate occasions for repairs that I was unable to do at home. I do most of the maintenance on my vehicles and rarely visit a mechanic. The service at John's has always been as discussed with transparent and frequent communication regarding the diagnosis and progress of the work. My most recent visit involved a more complicated diagnosis to address a lean mixture code. The mechanic spent the time to check the major systems and the shop staff spent extra time talking with me about the history of the issue and previous repairs all in an effort to properly diagnose the issue. The mechanic identified the issue as a faulty, aftermarket MAF sensor. I doubt many other shops would have gone to this much trouble to properly address the issue before throwing parts at a difficult to address check engine light problem. Last, the shop took the time to pop out a substantial dent in the front bumper cover that I did not ask them to do but was sorely needed. I was thoroughly impressed that they took the initiative to fix an eyesore on the vehicle and did not charge me for the work. Thank you, John's Auto Repair, for your honest service and critical thinking approach to vehicle repair. It may be a bit of a wait to get your car serviced here, but well worth it!”

“What a wonderful team. Everyone was willing to step up and cover each other without any issues. The updates on vehicle's progress was impeccable. Our truck in their shop and was expected to be release some time today. However the best part, I saved for last, we needed the truck to get hay for our horse. He didn't have any hay for morning. I called explained our situation and I was trying get an ETA. I was told 2 hours longer. A call less than 2 hours later and our truck was ready to be picked up. Our horse has morning hay, yay! The effort that was put into getting our truck to us so our horse can have breakfast did not gp unnoticed. Just wanted to say You Rock! & Thank you.”

“Great experience. I called order the canopy model I wanted, the salesman had me read the label on the door jam to match the color, I gave a deposit and 6 weeks later they called and said it was in. I came down there and they installed it in about 20 minutes, I paid and we went gone. The canopy looks great! The reason I went with a Leer is they always look great. They matched the color perfect. Its came with a front slider and 2 sides, a head liner, a dome light and a brake light. Im very satisfied. And I would recommend them.”

“I am a newer customer to Mountain Tech, but I can tell you I will not take my Forester anywhere else. I have grown up in the auto industry and would (and have) highly recommend them. Their customer service is top notch, you will not experience anything like this if you are taking your vehicle to a dealership or big shop. They are more interested in building relationships with their customers, knowing that will bring in a lifetime of business versus the tactics you see elsewhere that are about making a quick buck without being concerned about return business. They have actually had me wait on a repair I thought I may need after looking and diagnosing that it was not necessary.
