He took his afternoon and read through my policies including my GL policy (700 pages of it) with the owner. They were super honest and told me I actually had a great policy and they didn't recommend switching it right now. They also pointed out specifically where I was paying for double coverage and could find some savings by cancelling an extra policy I didn't need. “After many years without the need to file a commercial claim on our circa 1902 Odd Fellows building we had a water intrusion disaster last year after an unseasonably late snow and ice storm.
