“The folks at Pacific Typewriter gave a whole new life to my functional but crud-filled Underwood 5! The keys were very sticky. The caps/tops were corroded. Things that were meant to slide really did not want to. And the amount of crap that dislodged when I first tried typing with it was honestly kind of impressive.
It couldn't have been more than 24 hours before my machine was ready for pickup once it reached the top of their queue, and I almost couldn't believe it was the same machine when I saw it! Everything moves so smoothly now :) I will be going to Pacific Typewriter first for all of my future repairs or supplies. Friendly and welcoming people, and exceptional work for an exceptional price. He is always prompt and timely in his responses and follow-up, does exactly what he says he is going to do, is extremely knowledgeable about his company and the products and services that they provide, and truly cares about what is in the best interests of the customer, and is therefore not pushy in the least, which I really appreciated. I have absolutely no doubt that Nick is going to go very far in his career, no matter where his future takes him, and I hope that one day our paths might cross again in the future. While we ultimately were not able to work with Kelley in the end due to a corporate contract that was in place with another provider and entirely out of my control, I definitely consider that to be a huge loss on our end, as this is one classy company, and one that I would have loved to have been partners with. And I would gladly be willing to recommend their services to anybody, any day of the week. So thank you, Kelley Connect, for a job very well done. “I recently had a Brother MFC-J470DW printer that stopped working after it fell on the floor and a part came loose. After trying out various DIY repairs and youtube videos, I finally gave up and started looking for a printer repair place. A replacement printer was expensive and I really felt that the fix was going to be simple. I called many businesses but none of them handled these kind of printers. Luckily, one business that I spoke to recommended Cartridge Network. I called them up and was asked to bring it in any time. The guy quickly found the problem with the part (a small piece which kept it in place had broken off cleanly). He rummaged through some recycled printers and found a replacement part. 2-sided printing is still problematic, but 1-sided printing works now! He was generous enough not to charge anything!
