“I called to ask questions about copy/folding services. I don’t use these services regularly, and know little about them, I’m not a big tech savvy person. That said, I began in with my questions, and every answer was so rude and condescending; his tone insinuated that I should know these things. So, I stop asking questions and show up instead. A wasted trip, and added stress. Thankfully the gentleman I spoke to at the counter was kind, but the damage was done…eventually I got the order in, they did a great job, and the gentleman I worked with was professional and kind. So, yeah, I could have summed up the whole experience with 2 stars due to some jerk, but too many good interactions and results helped. Oh, the internet program to submit was glitching, and I wound up doing the order twice, that was annoying; but the goodness still overcame all that.”

“I haven't received my stamp yet, so I can't review that portion yet. I had some issues with the website buttons not working properly but worked my way through them. Other than that, I was hoping I would get some sort of estimated arrival date for when my stamp would arrive, but there was no date provided. It would be nice to know when I could expect my order to be shipped out and when I should expect it to arrive.”

“I purchased an Embody chair from Pacific WRO almost a decade ago and they have always been responsive, and professional anytime I needed a part replaced under the warranty of the chair. In the decade of ownership they were nice enough to send a technician to my house with replacement parts to fix any and all issues at no cost to me. It's really refreshing to see companies keeping their promise instead of finding ways to avoid taking care of the customer. Tim the tech/repair guy is awesome, he came out to replace a broken part and noticed that another part of my chair needed replacement for my safety, he fixed the initial problem AND referred a follow up appointment to fix the other part. I wont hesitate to purchase my next chair from Pacific WRO. Thanks again TIM!!!”

“I work for a court reporting firm in Alabama. We needed documents printed for a deposition and fast. Bob and Leah in the print services department went above and beyond to assist with my printing needs.

I was a bit frazzled as I had 4 attorneys waiting on the documents- now, given these were last minute documents provided; nevertheless, impatience was the vibe.

Bob was gracious to take his time to ensure receipt and Leah, Print Services Manager, was extremely helpful to ensure they were produced as quickly as possible while I was scrambling through the Office Depot portal to pay. Their commitment to stellar customer service was most professional. Thank you!”
