I enjoy using the self service, its a clean station and if i need customer service, the people's there are helpful. I am pleased that the price for these services are reasonable. “I haven't received my stamp yet, so I can't review that portion yet. I had some issues with the website buttons not working properly but worked my way through them. Other than that, I was hoping I would get some sort of estimated arrival date for when my stamp would arrive, but there was no date provided. It would be nice to know when I could expect my order to be shipped out and when I should expect it to arrive.”
“I had such a great experience here today. The person who helped me was truly incredible — patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Instead of trying to upsell me, he actually took the time to teach me what to look for in a truly ergonomic chair and why it matters.
He answered all of my questions thoughtfully, never rushed me, and made the whole process feel informative and relaxed rather than pressured. It was honestly just a really pleasant, human interaction — and I walked away with a solid chair that actually fits my body and needs.

“Working with wright flooring was more than I could have hoped for. From start to finish they were on time, professional and clean, not to mention the quality of their work was superior. I don't generally write reviews but I insisted to my wife that I write this review. When you hire people to come into your house that you don't know, you just hope that they are what they say they are. Travis and Brodie were both professional, respectful of our house and did I mention clean? Every day after they finished for the day there was no mess left behind. They didn't just clean up at the end of the day, it stayed clean all day long. Travis communicated to me about what to expect daily and if he saw something that didn't look right he would communicate that to me. They went over and above what was expected in every aspect of the lvp installation. I would give them a 10 star review if that were possible. “I purchased an Embody chair from Pacific WRO almost a decade ago and they have always been responsive, and professional anytime I needed a part replaced under the warranty of the chair. In the decade of ownership they were nice enough to send a technician to my house with replacement parts to fix any and all issues at no cost to me. It's really refreshing to see companies keeping their promise instead of finding ways to avoid taking care of the customer. Tim the tech/repair guy is awesome, he came out to replace a broken part and noticed that another part of my chair needed replacement for my safety, he fixed the initial problem AND referred a follow up appointment to fix the other part. I wont hesitate to purchase my next chair from Pacific WRO. Thanks again TIM!!!”

“I called to ask questions about copy/folding services. I don’t use these services regularly, and know little about them, I’m not a big tech savvy person. That said, I began in with my questions, and every answer was so rude and condescending; his tone insinuated that I should know these things. So, I stop asking questions and show up instead. A wasted trip, and added stress. Thankfully the gentleman I spoke to at the counter was kind, but the damage was done…eventually I got the order in, they did a great job, and the gentleman I worked with was professional and kind. So, yeah, I could have summed up the whole experience with 2 stars due to some jerk, but too many good interactions and results helped. Oh, the internet program to submit was glitching, and I wound up doing the order twice, that was annoying; but the goodness still overcame all that.”
