“I came in to get some invitations printed and there was a customer ahead of me taking awhile with her order. Craig checked in with me when I first arrived and I told him I needed printing so he said I should wait in the line I was currently in. After about 15 minutes of waiting, Craig came back and offered to help since it was taking so long. He was very thorough and made sure I got the size invitations I needed. He even cut the invitations after printing for me. Great customer service experience to start my day!”

“My first time at this place, I couldn't find it. I called while I was on my way, and it went to voicemail, so I hung up. Then, I got to the parking lot, and still couldn't find it, so I called again. Same thing, it went to voicemail. Within 30 seconds, the store called back, saying "I see that you called twice, can I help you?" "Yeah, I can't find you." Erin stayed on the phone, and guided me to the store, using landmarks in this huge parking lot. Okay, so I finally get tom the store, and wanted to see the Shiitake X-Chair. Erin it to showed me. It was definitely a mushroom color, but the manufacturer insisted that it was a dark green. Erin started a chat with the manufacturer and sent them a photo. So many people rely on the photos on websites, but what if it's the wrong photo? I asked Erin if she could order a new one from the manufacturer to see what color shows up. "Sure thing!" I would say this is great customer service.”

“I've worked with Imperial Office Solutions in a professional capacity, and for the most part, they've provided prompt and pleasant service. I've unable to get into specifics of our deployment, due to non-disclosure agreements, but I can safely say that, overall, the process of swapping out some leased hardware has been relatively painless.Yes, there have been a few hiccups and snafus along the road to swapping out our leased devices, such as license files not being pre-emptively installed, being shorted some external accessories, and then being shipped an incompatible peripheral, which had to be exchanged. However, in each case, Rick (the owner) was right on top of the issues, helping us sort out each individual case as fast as could possibly be expected. For that reason alone, I would highly recommend Imperial Office Solutions for your office hardware needs. Paraphasing the words of Vanilla Ice: "If you got a problem, yo, IOS will solve it!"”
