I have been attending classes for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it! I have been dealing with chronic pain for a few years and the classes I have attended have been so therapeutic. I already feel like a new person!

Thrive yoga and wellness is such an amazing community in the heart of Oregon City. They are kind and inclusive, making sure everyone is comfortable and provide lots of options for movement/yoga. Thrive is a gem in the city.
