“This place is like an ordinary D & B but the customer service is extraordinary. I was passing through and ended up buying some boots for myself that turned out to be the wrong size (my fault) and I needed to return them and find the correct size. Brittany was helping me in the store and said to call if I had any trouble with making a return. I feel like everyone says to, “call if you have trouble,” but Brittany actually meant it. I called and not only did she help sort out the return but called other stores to find the boot that I needed. She then kept me up to date on her search until a solution was reached. She certainly went above and beyond and I don’t even live in Pendleton. Hands down the best customer service I have ever had!”

“Beautiful clothes and linens. Good selection of clothes and accessories. Back room has great selection under of discounted linens . The blankets are marked the reason they are discounted. Often when I looked for the flaw I can't find it but the staff will show you where it is, and often it is minimal. The quality inspection is very strict and any flaw the item is rejected. The staff is great and very helpful, friendly and competent .”

“This is my go to spot for everything. I get my groceries, meds, hygiene, clothes, shoes, coats, and recycle my bottles and cans for the fefund here. It has everything I need at really great prices that I can afford well most of the time. I mean I'm always on a budget and Walmart is a great place to shop for all your needs at affordable prices so your not breaking open your piggy bank at the cash register unless if that's how you pay for your items but either way they have a steady and cool employees that make an effort and try to get you through the lines or help you with whatever your looking for and to get you the things you need. The only thing is that I really want back their layaway programs again the haven't had any since I don't know when but we need to get that back and offer electric bikes in store on demand for layaway options.”
