Pendleton store is very high attitude environment and very disrespectful to there customers... wouldn't recommend any one to this store..zero stars to this store..the manager and owner should watch the video on October 19th around 1pm and see for them selfs how bad the employee was acting out...

Samantha was AMAZING!!! She is incredibly knowledgeable, and so nice and accommodating. She was very thorough in going over all of our options and went through the whole transaction with us like we were her own family! Give her a raise!!!

Bad business practices, bad customer service, I wish I never switched to this company. Protect yourself and go to a different carrier completely! Prepaid is better than this. 😭

Ever since t mobile took over us cellular my data service has turned into what feels like dial up. Endless buffering on videos, Web pages don't load, texts don't always go through and Calls drop or don't even connect. Terrible service puts it lightly.
I'm paying extra for priority traffic and don't feel like I'm a priority.

I upgraded my phone yesterday and was very happy with Jo who helped me and was very patient with my hundred questions regarding all my stuff!! She went above and beyond for me and everything went perfect and I was a satisfied customer..

The store and staff themselves seem pretty good. But the service is consistently unreliable. In the first week, the network is unstable 1/3 - 1/2 the time and falls off more through the month. Not great 😬

US Cellular was the only provider I used since getting my first phone over 20 years ago. Never imagined I would switch. The service is not at all what it used to be. When I switched we went in to make sure we paid everything off. Got a bill was told to ignore. Got another bill and was told to ignore. Got another one and was told I had to pay. They wouldn’t make it right after giving me false info. Now my bill was turned over to a 3rd party.
If your considering US Cellular, do not do it!!!
