After going to Walmart and Fred Meyers to locate multiple household items I went to Bi-Mart and was pleasantly surprised to find the store exceptionally well organized and well stocked with most everything people typically need in terms of household supplies and dry Foods Goods. I will use Bi-Mart as my primary retail supplier for household goods.”
“I prefer Bi-mart to both Fred Meyer and Walmart. Although the selection at Bi-mart is not as extensive as the larger discount stores, they do carry the most-needed good and products and they keep the shelves well-stocked and well-organized. Prices are competitive to the larger stores.”
“I have been coming to this pharmacy for 20+ years and unless they close or kick me out I will never go to another one I love the people, the environment and of course the staff D is one of my absolute favorite people to talk to and well there is just not enought letters to name everyone just know they are great”

“I’ve been using grocery store pharmacies forever, thinking it was more convenient. Boy was I wrong! Due to insurance, I had to stop using the pharmacy I had been going to, and decided to try Asante. What a breath of fresh air! Prescription was ready much quicker. Staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. Even if it means making a second stop, it’s still more convenient than dealing with the chaos at the grocery pharmacy.”

“Stopped by this feed Meyer while visiting Oregon. Had never been to a Fred Meyer before and I was simply amazed of the size of this place. They literally cover everything from furniture to jewelry to groceries. I think the nearest comparison I can think of is a Costco, but without the need to buy a dozen of something. If you need something, I am sure they will have a version of it.”
“My husband had surgery in Medford and we live in Brookings so we were staying at a motel. Long story short my husband had to be present in order to have his prescriptions filled because I misplaced my ID prior to leaving. Anyhow my husband was still pretty out of it and nauseous from just having surgery. First we went to FM pharmacy and there were no chairs for my husband and only 2 ppl ahead of us it took forever and the cashier was so rude to the ppl and in front of us. We left and went to Walgreens and it was a completely different experience. There were chairs, the customer service clerk was on top of it and kind and even though they were busy the pharmacist took time to help a customer find a medication on the shelf. Everyone there was so busy yet so kind!”
“I like this drive thru. The people are nice. They are helpful with getting drugs approved with my Doctor & insurance. Granted it's hard to get them on the phone & you have to go in if you need to talk to a human but this is our post-Covid world & lack of help in about every industry. People need to lighten up about not being able to get all the things they used to. The world changes. Adjust.”

“This is the best pharmacy! I called 13 other pharmacies in Jackson county and no one could help me…. Until I called Black Oak. Not only did they get me my prescription, but they were super nice and extremely knowledgeable. I am now switching to Black Oak Pharmacy :)I just also have to add in they have a really cute gift area too!”

“I had to go to the Safeway Pharmacy to pick up a prescription. The pharmacy is having a difficult time keeping this particular medication on hand because there is a shortage due to the production of this medication. When I called to check with Safeway’s Pharmacy they were very pleasant and happy to help me. They had it so I went in to pick it up and they were so friendly and they put a smile on my face. Great place to get your meds filled!”

“I like I filling my scripts here. The staff is actually really nice if you’re also nice and treat them like a person. Lines are long… they’re long everywhere else too. I manage everything on the CVS app and I get text messages when my stuff is ready. Really helps save time so I’m not having to call for updates.”
“This is the only pharmacy that I've had great luck with. I've been going for a few years and even if something with my prescriptions is weird, they still do good. They work hard there and really do try to help you. One pharmacist is my favorite but I forgot her name. She's really smart and nice. The techs are helpful too. The lines can be long but they do their best with the staff they have. They're troopers, that's for sure!”

“This pharmacy is fabulous. They were the only pharmacy in the valley that had generic for my script in stock. They had not filled the script when I got there, but they took the GoodRX card and saved me $130 on the script. Then they filled it immediately so that I would not have to come back after their lunch break. It is a 25 minute drive from my home, but well worth the trip.”
