“I had an excellent experience at Discount Tire. My tire pressure light came on while I was driving, and Carlos quickly found a screw in my tire. He filled it with air so I could make my lunch appointment and scheduled me to come back afterward for the repair.
When I returned, I was checked in right away and they got started immediately. Before they took my car, I mentioned that I had leftover lunch inside that would spoil during the repair, and they were kind enough to put it in the refrigerator for me. The repair was completed quickly, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond with their customer service. I truly appreciated the great experience and highly recommend Discount Tire!”

“We came in today with an appointment to have our tires rotated. Daniel greeted us and got us started. He was very polite and professional. While being serviced, for our rotation, they discovered a stripped lug nut. They did not have our exact lug nut in stock. To sell us so they mentioned O’Reilly auto parts across the street. Jeremy offered to go over and get the necessary lug nut so we would be safe and back on the road. That’s Customer Service beyond the normal. We applaud Jeremy, Daniel and the staff at Discount Tire in Medford, Creator Lake Hwy, Oregon. They go beyond expectations.”
“Ryan the owner is very knowledgeable man as well as the mechanics that are employed by him. Everyone is very professional. I scheduled my car to be worked on and they were able to take me back to my house while I waited for my car to be done. Pricing is very affordable and the job was done well. I received my car is better condition than when I left it. I was getting quotes for the work done on my car and Ryan’s prices beat them all.
I felt heard when I told him what was going on with it and I felt like he took the time to help me understand how the parts worked. After the job was done I was able to see the actual part he took off my car so I could better understand where my money went.
Bridges is also a Schaeffer’s dealer so you can get high quality engine oil like the oil that was put in my car. This is a very honest shop. If you’ve had a bad experience somewhere else this is the place to go. You won’t have to worry about getting ripped off here. You’ll also learn a thing or two.

“Ray is a magician with vehicle repair. I brought my 1995 Ford Econoline to him with a broken door handle. He jumped right in and had it fixed within the hour where the 5 previous places I took it to wouldn’t even look at it when they heard it was a DIY van build. I’ve since brought it back multiple times for other repairs and Ray is always prompt and fair, he explains things as he finds them and doesn’t overcharge. As a woman bringing my vehicle to an auto shop I stress a lot about being taken advantage of so to find an honest mechanic that teaches me about my van is invaluable to me. Thank you Ray! You’re a legend!”
