In twenty years of renting cars from Avis, I am happy to say that I have always received friendly service from staff--even when faced with tough situations due weather, Covid or flight changes. The vehicles I have gotten have ALWAYS been well maintained and reliable--even at minus 30 degrees Fahrenheit in central Alaska!
