“This place is a bit difficult to find if you’re not looking hard enough. Customer service wise they were amazing. I even had to cancel my first car cause my drop off got moved and they waved the fee so I could come back a week later. I will say as far as car quality , I got the economy a Kia soul. It wasn’t in the best condition, even came with the check engine light on. I paid a bit over 300 for a week and a half. Other than that was a breeze.”

We got our car very quickly and return process was very smooth too. We also got a ride to a transit center after returning the car. The car itself was easy to drive, no issue. These efforts saved the day for my wife and I, two seniors, stranded at PDX in Portland on February 1st at 10:00 pm by Enterprises' do nothing policies. Former 20 year loyal Enterprise customer is now a loyal Avis customer! Thanks to Mohamed we did not get stranded in Portland overnight!!!”
