“I'd give it a 4. It wasn't a bad experience, but I wouldn't say it was super smooth. Had to wait on cars. Reserved a mid-size SUV. They wanted to give me a Dodge Durango, I would have said yes. But, it was just me. Got a Ford Escape & it was nice.”

“I rented here in Nov 2025. My experience was literally one of the best I've ever had with Enterprise (and I've been renting from them for over half my life!). The location was friendly, efficient, etc. But I want to give a special shout out to Sarah La Marche. She was that rare, perfect combination of capable/efficient and kind/human. Sarah, they are SO lucky to have you there. Sorry it took so long to write this review!

“I only go through Enterprize and have used them many times. They have great vehicles. They are clean and usually a newer modles which offer Eco/fule efficient. Their requirements are for driver's are reasonable. They offer insurance, or if your current insurance covers rentals then your able to use current insurance. This last time, I went through priceline instead of straight with enterprize and there was some confusion with the billing. The manager got right back with me and it was corrected. I 100% won't ever go through another rental company because of the business ethics with this company. Thank you!!!”
“The Enterprise Staff was friendly and helpful. They were a little misleading about getting me to use insurance coverage I didn't end up needing, but they were helpful getting the coverage removed. And the Toyota Camry Hybrid I rented was amazing, clean and a pleasure to drive. The process was quick and convenient.”

“Extremely friendly service. The office in Vancouver rocks but the office in Portland, Oregon went a step further when I turned the car in late because I went to jail offered every discount available to help me make up for my loss and understood when I had to bring the car back a couple days late for an extra fee of course. But all above all they are a great car company to rent a car from and I would do it again in a heartbeat”
“I had a great experience using this enterprise location!
Justin helped me out from start to finish and his customer service was top tier. He called me 3 mins after my reservation was sent over to confirm my rental car, and pickup time. With how busy that location is- that is outstanding turn around.
He also helped get me get picked up from the shop where I dropped my car off, and provided a few different options to chose from.
When it was time to return the rental vehicle- Justin went out of his way to make sure it went as quick as possible so I could get back to my work day.

Im sure there contract is far more lucrative than any deals that may or may not be made with the protesters who are making noise and or threats against a law abiding business. We had three of our guys traveling from Virginia to Portland for work and the other rental car company we had booked through ended up not working out. “The Lombard location was very very accommodating and truly nice throughout my rental. They made it very easy to pick up/drop off as well has extra vehicles when one wasn't working for me. They even gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off. It was refreshing to feel like a customer and not just a transaction.

“Top notch van rental ! We’ve rented the van for 12 days, touring a lot of Oregon and Northern California. It’s been amazing. We got everything we needed in the van (blinds, cooking material, bedding, table and outside chairs), it was easy to ride, big enough for two and really comfortable. We cooked almost every single lunch and dinner in fantastic locations. Also, the rental staff is excellent, and we got a nice ride to Portland airport afterwards. Many, many thanks ! 100% recommended for road trips in Oregon and the area ! ?”

“This is a great place to get work done on various types of wheelchair lift vans, ramp vans and they many solutions for modifying vehicles to accommodate disabled drivers. Service is good as well. You will find yourself well greeted and welcome there. United Access has been very helpful to me and my organization, and they have tons of experience. There is even a great lounge with snacks for customers who are waiting for service.”

“I've been renting cars a few times a month to get groceries and stuff for my apartment and there's nothing negative I can say about the experience so far. For errands, the hourly rates end up making much more sense than going by the day elsewhere and there's no surprise $20 (or so) charge on the bill that I've seen in at least a few places. The only caveat is that their cars do rent quickly at some locations. I'm not the type to book as early as I probably should, and if you know you want a car at a set time a day in advance, it might be a good idea to reserve it instead of hoping it'll be there an hour before you're trying to get somewhere.”
“In twenty years of renting cars from Avis, I am happy to say that I have always received friendly service from staff--even when faced with tough situations due weather, Covid or flight changes. The vehicles I have gotten have ALWAYS been well maintained and reliable--even at minus 30 degrees Fahrenheit in central Alaska!”
