“Hands down the best shop in town!My Defender was hit and damaged down the entire driver side and you wouldn’t know there was even a scratch looking at it now. Jeff was very communicative through the entire process and he dealt with everything related to the insurance company for estimates and payments. It was a drop off and pick up kind of experience for me (which I love) and the work speaks for itself. The day of pick up the car was spotless inside and out and everyone at the garage was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Freeman and will use them again if I ever need repairs.”

So left and decided to try enterprise and what a difference the guys at the counter went out of there way to help me to get a rental last minute. I will go thru enterprise from now on. “Great folks. Recently rented an economy car for 2 days ish for $75. Rates were significantly cheaper compared to other companies I looked at. The caveat was that the vehicles were older model but mine was very clean and ran fine (Ford Focus). Other options for me on pick up were chevy spark and kia forte. They have other size and newer vehicles for you to choose as well. I only needed a short term rental for my city trips so this was adequate for my needs.
From what I recall they might also have a service for pickup/drop off at your location for an additional $100?
Overall I’d recommend folks to look into and support this small local business.”
“Carter A. at the front desk literally saved our day and a friend's wedding plans!! We had such a hard time trying to get a car with a Hertz that we made a reservation with 3 days in advance. We chose this location because it wasn't the airport and we didn't have a credit card we could use currently. We were able to use our debit card and Carter even saved us some money on our 3 day rental!! He was personable and so helpful. Hertz made us 2-3 hours late to the wedding but thanks to Carter we'll at least be there 😭😭. Also thank you to the gal with the blonde hair downstairs who was also so helpful, funny, and made picking up the car in the garage so smooth!!”

We had three of our guys traveling from Virginia to Portland for work and the other rental car company we had booked through ended up not working out. “The Lombard location was very very accommodating and truly nice throughout my rental. They made it very easy to pick up/drop off as well has extra vehicles when one wasn't working for me. They even gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off. It was refreshing to feel like a customer and not just a transaction.

“Everyone here is incredibly helpful and seems to genuinely care about your mobility more than your money.
Jemal immediately made us feel welcome and patiently led us through the process. He made sure we were satisfied and prepared before we left.
There was a slight intermittent jerk, so we had to send it to the service department, where they diagnosed and repaired it promptly.
We also had issues with the DMV and, even though it wasn’t their fault they helped us figure that out too.
They treat you like you and your mobility matter, going above and beyond to provide excellent service and a pleasant buying experience.”
“There was an initial issue with the tags expiring during our rental duration and that was resolved immediately. We ended up renting for two weeks instead of one as the replacement vehicle was excellent. So was the customer service whenever we called (which was several times for extending etc.)”
“Best way to travel, especially if you don’t live anywhere close to the PNW. The van pick up was easy, staff was friendly, and it came stocked with everything we needed. I definitely recommend, we got the Winnebago Solis Pocket and it was very comfortable and the perfect size for our road trip. 10/10”

“After a somewhat traumatic experience trying to rent from Budget, I decided to rent a car from this Enterprise location near Beaverton and have to say it was an absolute breath of fresh air. I received excellent customer service from both reps I interacted with (Zac & Riley) and was given the choice of two (virtually brand new) vehicles to choose from for my rental. Every single interaction was flawless. I have rented cars many times, and Enterprise really seem to have cracked what a good customer experience looks like. Five stars.”

“I had such an awesome experience here! I got a ride to and from the auto shop I was working with through insurance, and when I arrived, I was curious about what rental options were available. The guy at the front desk asked if there was anything specific I was looking for. I said I was hoping for something hybrid or with good gas mileage in this economy, and he told me he’d love to upgrade me and lower the rate on an electric Mustang.
I had no idea how amazing that car was going to be! He told me he wanted me to actually enjoy my rental and sent me on my way. I wasn’t expecting to have such a great experience, and my week with the car was seriously awesome.

“I had an excellent experience with Allpro Autobody, The insurance company originally lowballed the value of my truck, but these guys at Allpro took the time to do a detailed, accurate estimate for free and went to bat for me. They knew exactly how to document everything properly and worked directly with the insurance adjuster to make sure nothing was missed.
Because of their professionalism and thoroughness, I ended up getting the full, fair value for my truck instead of the low offer I was first given. They were honest, transparent, and genuinely had my best interest in mind the entire time.
If you’re dealing with insurance after an accident and want someone on your side, I highly recommend this shop. They made a stressful situation much easier and saved me a lot of money.”
