Best Value Inns has holes in the top blanket, making it shabby for 118 bucks plus $100 Insurance. The owner is a kind fellow who helps those in need. The motel is infested with people battling homelessness, drug addiction, and violence. Management does their best to keep up, but its a downward spiral. The camera in the hallway does not work, which could be imperative to someone some day soon.

The room was overall good. The housekeeping staff were fabulous. The location also complements a lot of nearby eateries. There is great cartfood right across the place and it was really good.
The owner was very polite and respectful so props to him.

This is a great place to stay Central right in Portland easy to get to

This place was disgusting there was feces all over the wall there was also graffiti on the wall the floor was covered in dirt and old food and the bed was just as nasty. The best part of this hotel was that we got a full refund after 5 minutes. Sorry we didn’t stay long enough to take pictures
