wasn't super impressed with the service, ups is the main issue. Didn't know where my bike was for a few days and there was a size dispute issue. But bikeflights staff was super helpful in getting it resolved.

I used Bike Flights for the first time recently to ship a bike from NH to OR. It worked perfectly. It was also far, far, less expensive than using the big carriers. I would definitely use them again.
