The staff is knowledgeable, patient, detailed, and helped me step by step in preparing my shipment including looking up all the classification numbers. Basically it's the opposite service of the typical US Post Office.They ship US Postal, FedEx, UPS and DHL so you can choose service level and associated cost.”
