“Great service, even quicker now that they've gone to the handheld device that skips the walk to and from the office. The guy at the gate that checks for damage on your empties is always friendly and somehow not only remembers you personally but somehow remembers your truck number, company you work for, and truck number, etc.- even after months of not being there. Impressive”

“Are two blocks forward of actually UPS store and it's kind of hard to see because the tree is blocking the actual store the store front is white is right across the tap tap PDX and it's really hard to see inside they don't even have anything on the on the ground play flip out signs or anything else like that. If you use Google maps it will put you right in front of a closed dog store. And right across from that is nectar. All I can say is the staff is really accommodating really friendly got everything taken care of and I was able to get my package in even though it was after 5:00 p.m. amazing service”

If you go through the process, it can be the most cost effective way to ship large items. For a large package to the east coast, it was about half the cost of UPS or FedEx ground.”
