“Great service, even quicker now that they've gone to the handheld device that skips the walk to and from the office. The guy at the gate that checks for damage on your empties is always friendly and somehow not only remembers you personally but somehow remembers your truck number, company you work for, and truck number, etc.- even after months of not being there. He had to rework the entire load because the previous loader at the first pickup location had not loaded the trailer correctly. Despite this challenge, he managed to reload my trailer within 40 minutes. I truly appreciate his hard work and dedication.”
“Helpful staff. You can't just walk in and send something. You have to have a known shipper number which takes time to obtain. If you go through the process, it can be the most cost effective way to ship large items. For a large package to the east coast, it was about half the cost of UPS or FedEx ground.”
