  I had an online order and went I went to go pick it up they already stuffed it 😕, and yes I made sure to click the not stuffed. plus I had trouble with their website when ordering. But other then that I love my USAHANA just wish I got the experience like I did when I was a kid.

  We went in and saw a cute Axolotl Zombie. It had an eyeball shirt on. Asked Droux about availability, and they went through the trouble of giving us the display shirt. Later Droux sold us the display so that we did not have to wait in line. Thank you Droux!

  They have many cute creatures. We will be going back, got a big Stitch and several small prefilled animals for our girls. They were thrilled.

  I came by before to get a bear. They were very kind and friendly. I had wanted to get a voice box redone and a new one for a different bear. They were extremely helpful and pleasantly conversational. I’m glad this is the closest Build-A-Bear to me.

  Mira was delightful, and helped me feel confident about how to make the most out of our bear experience. Sue helped me get a voice recording, did a heart ceremony and she made my child feel really special. Thanks!

  The woman who stuffed the plush for my kid was awesome. She actively involved him in the process, talked with him the whole time, had him helping to push the stuffing pedal, and made a little ceremony out of putting in the heart. Kid loved every second of it, and it really transformed what would have been an over priced paw patrol stuffed animal, into a really special experience for him that we were happy to pay for.

  I went in for the strawberry highland cow. They were sold out, but while I discussing ordering one to the store with one of the employees (Patrick), the other (Finn) perked up and ran into the back. When they came out they had the strawberry highland cow they had put aside for themselves, and said I could have that one. I felt extremely touched and bought it immediately.
  
  Beyond just the extremely thoughtful action, these two are fantastic. They're super sweet and knowledgeable. Patrick seems like if you walked up with a rough description of a product, they'd know it and the line it came from. Finn, is so kind and can answer anything that Patrick can't. As one of those adults who didn't get to go to build-a-bear as a kid, this makes me want to bring kids when I have them.

  Took my daughter in so she can make her own “surgery bear” a friend she can keep with her through the whole process since they don’t allow anyone else in the room. The staff was so amazing, I wish I got names. The one who filled the bear assured her the bear would keep her safe and even opened up about her own experiences! So much love to this place for creating a safe and loving environment.

  First time in Build A Bear and it was a magical experience for my partner and I. A dear friend lost her mother recently and for her birthday we decided to make her a bear to remember her mother. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any clothing options that seemed appropriate for someone who is mourning. Luckily, we talked to Finn and he ran to the back and found the last Cupid outfit that made for the perfect angel. Finn went above and beyond for us and shout to everyone working there on a hectic Saturday afternoon Everyone was kind, friendly and made the wait enjoyable.

  First, of all thank you Grace for kindness today.
  My son Michael McKay has been wanting to come to Build A Bear and pick out Long horn Bull.
  This week was the hardest week I have been through. I loss my Mother this pass Monday unexpectedly. Can’t describe how the loss has affected me. We went to the Happy Valley Location and we picked everything thing out but was overwhelmed with the long line due to it being busy since it was the weekend. My son was so excited to get his Build A Bear stuffed but I didn’t have it in me to stand in the line. I was emotionally and physically exhausted because of my mother’s death.
  I explained the situation to her she basically said we can get a stuffed one. I couldn’t believe here I am just beyond tired she put my son’s scent heart inside his bull. Rang us up and gave us additional percentage off our total. And, she said girl get home she knew how tired I was.Grace is the Manager at Happy Valley location Clackamas Oregon one. From the bottom of my heart thank u.
