“Stopped in for first time for grass fed filets. They were thick cut (2”) and they were exceptional—extremely tender, rich flavor, and perfectly cut. Cooked them simply on the grilll with roasted vegetables and they rivaled any high‑end steakhouse filet I’ve had. So grateful to have a butcher who delivers this level of quality.
