Delivery arrived at 8:30pm scheduled between 1:00 to5:00pm. There was no 30 min call to give us notice of delivery.
Driver did not communicate with us did not explain why the package was not on a wrapped pallet as it was when it left the factory. One of the boxes appeared to have either opened or damaged.
We won’t know till we move them inside and open them. We will call the vendor and report the experience. Probably should be zero stars we gave them 1 star because it actually got delivered.

We were home when the delivery people came but I don’t know what they did to notify us because the doorbell didn’t ring, there was no knock, and even my dog didn’t bark. The garage door was open and they left the table there. So much for white glove delivery.

The team arrived within the stated arrival window and is very prompt for the delivery. They delivery team was polite. However, they damaged by table top during a replacement. I noted this in the delivery form and the delivery team had their management reach out. The person who called back was simply interested in not taking blame for the damage. I repeated kept telling them their team took an image of the table top before they started the process and there was no damage then. Here is the picture of the damage they caused and the person in picture is their delivery team. Thankfully, I had ordered this through another store and am working with them to replace the table-top.

The handles of the drawers were not installed. They were turned backwards. I paid for white glove service.

At 1st the delivery man didn’t want to deliver my sofa even when I told him that I would watched the truck if he felt comfortable for me the truck and would deliver my sofa. After talking to him to convince him that I need my sofa to be delivered and not taken back he finally dropped my sofa off in my unit and I did what I said. I watched over the truck while he delivered my sofa.
