Stopped in for a withdrawal, and was helped immediately and without any issues. Teller communicated all instructions clearly, and ensured without prompting that the amount requested was shown and verified. Would come here again.

ATM only accessible during business hours (no access to ATM vestibule with card). So, unless you physically work at this Chase Bank location or close by, that leaves Saturdays 9am-1pm as the only option for accessing ATMs, which is a huge inconvenience.
