“I use Wafd Bank on Burnside and I can not recommend this branch enough! I was in need of a new bank last year after moving to the West Coast. I chose Wafd because Forbes rated WaFd as the highest rated bank in the Oregon and Washinton States area. I have had to come into the Burnside branch for a few more indepth things recently. The staff are wonderful! They remember my spouse and I. As well as our names. The staff seems to genuinely care about not only their customer's experience but their lives as well. If I have to make a trip to the bank, it is made much easier by the awesome staff at Wafd Burnside! Coming to Burnside is like coming to visit a friend!”

It's been three years and I'm still pretty happy.
The one issue I do have their limits. Their send money system is extremely limited, and I was having withdrawal/send money limit errors nonstop. They don't have Zelle, so my workaround was to transfer money to a national bank to use Zelle though there.”
