Marlainna, Angelena, and Liz were all very helpful and knowledgeable helping me get set up with a Tern Vektron with all the accessories. Very happy with the entire shop's service and my purchase! I think folding bikes are criminally underrated, it's amazing that they're now available with electric assistance
