“I have stopped by a couple of times in the last 2 weeks and I was amazed how well they treated me as a customer. I had an issue with my derailleur, they gave me some feedback over the phone. I stopped by the next day and they fixed it at no cost. I had a flat tire 2 weeks later, they had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. They are super friendly and you can tell all customers are treated like family.”

“This place is like a candy shop for bike lovers. Not for very light racing bikes, but for practical folding and/or electric bikes for everyday use. Marianne (I think I have her name slightly wrong) helped me with a smile. She really knew her stuff. She has owned a tern folding bike and now owns a gazelle electric bike. I want something that Amtrak will accept and she was spot on with her recommendations. Amtrak has very specific requirements and you have to meet them all. She had personal and accurate knowledge. She also listened to what I wanted and steered me in the right direction. Her assessments of the bikes was honest, what they are good for and what are challenges for each individual bike. There is a great variety of everything - bikes, panniers, clothes, travel boxes. I had fun.”
“Been taking my bikes here for service over many years. Always quality work. Always caring and compassionate people. I put a lot of miles on my bike so I have maintenance needs several times a year. The thing that’s super cool about this trek shop is they can get smaller jobs done fast! Recently I needed new tires and a new chain installed. Brought my bike in and they completed the work in just 2 hours with no appointment needed. I often work with Tony for service - professional and caring. Highly recommend.”

“Bought my first ebike from them last month (the updated Alpha II). Will want to get some more mileage under my belt before reviewing the bike, but Vvolt as a company has been great to work with so far.
They were very responsive to emailed questions in advance, as well as in person when I came to do a test ride (and I had a lot coming from exclusively riding the same non-electric bike for 20 years). They gave thorough and honest answers, especially regarding the nature of the ebike industry and their future plans. This all makes me feel confident that I'll be supported well if I run into any issues in the future (especially important given that there's now a battery and motor involved with any bike issues I run into).
It's been really cool to be able to support a small local company, and I appreciate the design values they seem to prioritize: high quality, reliable, low maintenance, no fuss ebikes for regular people (not just bike hobbyists) that are fun to ride and promote active pedaling. The bikes also don't look aggressively ebike-y, which is a nice touch.”

“Shad is always the go to for BMX. As a kid I grew up looking up to Shad in the //blueprint vhs and now he’s the guy I call to get BMX bikes and parts for my kids and my dad bike. Skip the big online places, they can’t help you like Shad does.”
“Brian was amazing. I was getting numb hands when riding and wasn't sure if I could even ride anymore. Brian's assessment was very thorough. He was honest with me that the bike frame itself might not be the perfect fit but that he'd do his best. There were some very minor tweaks and new narrower bars. In the end, he was able to make my bike work for me. The before and after photos and videos were eye-opening. I didn't even realize how uncomfortable my neck had been while riding! The next time I'm in the market for a bike, I'll visit Brian before the big purchase. It has changed my relationship with my bike and was well worth it.”
