The manager and staff of this branch are unfriendly and seem to specialize in making things difficult or saying no, we can't do this. And I've been a customer of the bank for 28 years. Benefial Bank, a block away are so friendly and eager to help. What a difference!

Very Rude Service, Did not seem to want my business. Escalated to the branch manager, and she was worse than the guy I had talked to on the phone previously. (Last Summer.) Not a bank I would care to deal with. Good luck!

Quaint, small location. It felt really weird and uncomfortable when some random woman got up from her desk and watched the dude deposit money into my account. I've been banking with Columbia for years and never once had that happen.
