Horrible customer service. Two separate visits because it is closest to my home. The manager yelled and cursed at me. I wanted to transfer service From my IPhone I had accidentally gotten wet to my old Android. She said it wouldn’t transfer service after charging me for a SIM card. Slid the phones to me and said I should’ve just bought a better phone. Today I went to transfer service.. She was once again loud and disrespectful . The employee helping me didn’t say as word. Manager refused to give her name or store number. I have never been so disrespected while spending my money!

So it says work hours are 10-7pm Monday thru Friday I got here at 645pm and the store doors were locked and I knocked because I saw someone inside and she avoided me and ignored me and wouldn’t answer me and then got loud with me thru the door and as I’m writing this it’s 657 so I still have 3 minutes

Was quoted $70 from another cricket store for the phone that I'm looking for call this store and they tell me it's like $270 that's b******* corporate store or not you're robbing people. I would not go to the store they're making up their own rules and their own prices

I got very poor service from Andrea, He could of done a better of job connecting me with a more appropriate phone, cricket is great just not the dealerships sometime. Take it from guy who actually owned a cell phone store. Go somewhere else. I only came here because the other store near me was closed. Do not bother going to this store if you need help or service. You WILL..GET OVERCHARGE FOR THINGS YOU DO NOT NEED OR WANT.

Andre`s, The manager Matt, and Kiena are hands down the standard in customer service as far as I've seen in any industry at a brick and motor business in several years. honesty integrity and a personal touch goes above and beyond in this day and age and these folks will bring all that to the table and more you can trust your wireless needs as well as personal needs they even asked and seemed to genuinely care about not only my situation but everybody's that was coming across the threshold cricket used to be a budget service plan and kind of a fourth tier cut rate as far as I'm concerned they stand above and beyond AT&t Verizon Sprint any of the big box stores that have been monopolizing the industry in years past. Give it a shot though not only cut your bill in half they'll leave you walking out the door with a smile on your face as well as possible new friendship give it a shot

I came into cricket with low expectations. The rep there, Matt, blew my expectations out of the water. For 1, I am extremely cellphone illiterate. He helped me find the perfect phone to fit my needs. Also got me a case and screen guard. Will be telling my friends!

I been to this store 3 times and all this times the salesperson really disappointed me. Whatever I asked him about phones he was so rude and said I can’t help because I will get in trouble. Even he won’t take SIM card out . He said I did to someone and I got in trouble. He made me do it . Even to take the batteries out too. Very rude . Even one lady before me , he talked really rude to her. I am planning to change the company.

This happened to my mother ,Beware dropped her phone, paid insurance for it for 3 years, the manager and employee wanted $200 for a replacement and wouldn’t even sell her a cheaper phone told her to go to target or Walmart to buy a cheaper phone said get the hell out of the store!currently am writing a letter and putting in a claim and writing better than business bureau and even considering small claims court it’s actually cheaper to do small claims court than getting a phone!!

It was great my phone was set in some other language I called 611 but no one could help me so I went in to the store and I about 3 to 4 min she ad my phone working properly
