I had to leave the gateway store to come to this store on Burnside Ernesto was able to help me out well the manager at gateway was busier wanting to take his lunch than to help me set up a phone he sold me terrible service from gateway Joseph. Ernesto was great help me transfer all my stuff in a couple of minutes

Neilson (assistant manger) customer service was immaculate! He knew how to make the process of getting a new phone so easy.
