CVS Pharmacy in Portland is a full-service pharmacy with experienced and helpful pharmacists. The crew is good, helpful, and friendly, working to help customers out with care, though it is typically a little short-staffed. Employees are described as incredibly patient, kind, efficient, firm, and helpful, even when dealing with difficult situations. Service is quick, with staff that walks with speed, so customers never have to wait too long. The pharmacy technicians are great, with some being exceptionally polite, helpful, and thorough, making the experience a pleasure. However, some customers have had issues filling prescriptions, encountering problems with insurance coverage that feel confusing. The location can have sketchy people outside and around the parking lot on occasion, but there is a dedicated security team that seems very on top of the situation. Services include vaccines, prescription management with same-day pick-up, online refills, and the ability to earn rewards. Many prescriptions are under $10, and pharmacists can search for savings.
They are my favorite pharmacy. They are polite, kind, and they get things done quickly. Never an issue they can't fix right away. I only use them or my delivery from CVS Caremark.
