Based on three attempts at getting our prescription. First attempt took 1 month and 1 week. We ended up moving it to another pharmacy that had it filled in a day. Second attempt was filled pretty fast but only when the doctor put in the order. We thought the first attempt may have been a fluke so we tried a 3rd time through the app. It's been a 2 weeks and 2 days. We are about to switch it again. There is no means to check on status through the app. App just says the prescription is ordered. Person at front said they would have it by Tuesday. Its now Sunday. For context, my girlfriend has type 1. The pharmacist job is not an easy job. There's a lot of liability and tracking involved and this pharmacy is always understaffed, but a month is ridiculous. It's impossible to order in advance when wait times are that long. Diabetes sucks. The wait times here have deeply effected both my gf physical and mental health. I get that the pharmacy job is hard, but if the system in place means you can't get your prescription at all, than is a bad system.

Had a very sick child, with a double ear infection, that needed antibiotics. We left urgent care and arrived at CVS at 523pm they close at 6pm. They told me they couldn't help me until the next morning. I feel like 37 minutes was enough time for them to fill the prescription... especially for a child who is suffering with ear pain. Needless to say, I WON'T use CVS again.

Don't try to get a hold of a real person. Infuriating.

So apparently you can't talk to the pharmacy in the morning on the phone and when you don't have a car and you're disabled and you need to get there to find out just simple information this just doesn't work I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy thanks CVS for making things difficultI don't really appreciate being told that I'm a liar when I called you guys and it kicks me over to the provider's line and then I have to hang up call back and the same thing happens. I'm sorry I'm not going to play phone tag all day long. If I need to reach you, I'm going to take whatever avenue your phone system navigated me to. I am very familiar with your guys's phone system so it isn't a clerical error. I just would appreciate someone being a little more understanding when it comes to talking to a customer the way they do

this place is wild...it used to be fairly normal a couple years ago but they've gone downhill a lot. Called 07/01 to get a prescription refilled. Was told it wouldn't be ready until 07/07. So, made a trip (07/01) to Target, get home. Now the prescription is ready. Didn't have time to get back to Target until 07/10. The pharmacy is closed. It's 10 am. It's CLOSED. Was told by a Target worker they couldn't find a pharmacist to come in. Couldn't make it back until today 07/16 and now they don't have my prescription ready. They only hold them for 2 weeks but I guess won't make exceptions when they are just closed without notice one day. It seems like they expect people to be able to just grab them at the drop of a hat. People who are ill and disabled. It's laughable. I'm still recovering from surgery myself. The pharmacist is rather rude. Gets real mad when you point out they were closed all day without notice one day. Which hey, I understand, things happen. What you're not gunna do is treat me poorly, as the pharmacist, because it messed up me being able to get my prescription. I will definitely be looking into a new pharmacy.

Slow. Rude. Troll like behavior. Dense. Inept. Despite being English speaking they seem to be unable to answer simple questions directly. Don't get me started on their computer abilities.

Could hear the girl working now Monday (memorial day) at noon with brown hair say that I should be embarrassed of not being able to walk normally an ableist shouldn't work at a pharmacy!

They openly discriminate against the disabled and homeless. The pharmacist is so obsessed with her 'work slow down' that she ignored every precaution and possible de-escalation to create a situation that resulted in someone getting hurt.
