Woody was very cool over the phone and Chloe helped a ton in store. She showed how the new electric mountain bikes worked, the GPS etc. Walked out with a few items and have a few items I'm looking to buy hopefully soon.

They were extremely helpful with explaining my options for rebuilding or replacing an older, outdated Zipp carbon wheel and hub, but I needed a quick solution for an upcoming ride. They went above and beyond by kindly lending me a spare wheel so I could ride and return it later!
