Had a great experience shopping here today. Otta (hopefully I’m spelling that correctly) was wonderful and patiently answered my naive questions. I just got a pair of boots from Todd. I'm a wildland firefighter, I spent an hour in there try to decide which fit was the best for me and Todd helped me out the whole way. I would highly recommend going to the store
