I called in with questions about how to get my license back, the representative (Pretty sure her name is Amber I could be wrong) wouldn’t let me explain my situation and a certain letter I got from the dmv. She just kept yelling at me and actually says “I don’t need to hear your explanation about the situation you have”
I never even got the chance to tell her about the letter I got she just kept screaming at me, so I decided to just hang up. How can someone get upset over literally doing their job, answering questions and situations.

I had to wait about 15 minutes in the initial check-in line, but I was immediately called after that, everything was done quickly, and my photo was taken immediately and I was on my way. I highly recommend having an appointment! There were tons of people seated and waiting because they were walk-ins. I don't know how long they had to wait. You can book an appointment online. They seem to periodically pop up, I'm assuming when somebody cancels one, so keep looking and you'll find one. Everybody was professional and courteous and friendly. I was prepared for a horrible experience, but ended up having a great one!

Went here a few months back to register a newly purchased vehicle with my wife. I believe we were called up to the window within 50 minutes, and the employee there was very friendly. One of the better experiences of recent memory, night and day to when I went to mall 205.

Have an out of state auto that I need to change title on and register. Tried for a month to make an appointment, finally (with time running out) I decided to try a walk in appointment. Thought that with the RealID rush over there might be a chance. Showed up at 10:00 to find a line of over 100 people waiting to enter, wrapping in front of the adjacent 3 stores.
Don't know when they will get their act together but it doesn't look like anytime soon. In the meantime the best I could do is an appointment in Albany (70 miles away) in two weeks...

Remarkably fast (like in and out 20 minutes as a walk-in - not sure how I got this lucky) and friendly. Definitely recommend this location.

Those ladies who work here are very condescending. They talked down to us and treated us like a second citizen. I highly doubt that their social status is better than ours. Imagine our tax pay for their salaries.

I called this dmv for information about a vehicle. A Lady answered very Rude would not help me I gave my name and the plate number to find out if my car was still in my name simple right wrong I had to go back and forth with this lady She was talking in a. rude voice and tried too rush me off the phone no help. Please Hire professional people with experiencing good attitude This lady was a joke . She wants too work with vehicle stick her in McDonald's drive-thru

The worst DMV Ever! Very Rude Costumer service. very unhelpful and disrespectful staff! I cant even express how long the wait time is. if you go here plan on waiting the whole day! Very very very bad office! They should be investigated and put under new management!
