We held our company party here and the space was perfect. There was approximately 50 people. I was concerned about parking, but it wasn't an issue.

Easton Broad is a modern-industrial event space, great for weddings, corporate functions, social gatherings, non-profits, or any kind of celebration.
The space is a blank canvas with concrete floors, wood planks ceilings, a built-in bar with classic subway tile, and floor to ceiling windows.
