I've unable to get into specifics of our deployment, due to non-disclosure agreements, but I can safely say that, overall, the process of swapping out some leased hardware has been relatively painless.Yes, there have been a few hiccups and snafus along the road to swapping out our leased devices, such as license files not being pre-emptively installed, being shorted some external accessories, and then being shipped an incompatible peripheral, which had to be exchanged. However, in each case, Rick (the owner) was right on top of the issues, helping us sort out each individual case as fast as could possibly be expected. “I had a new pair of Apple Air Pod’s that I had only used a few times. All of a sudden the adapter charger wasn’t staying connected to Air Pods charging case. I brought them to Fix Hut. The person named, Paul, that was working said they didn’t normally work on Air Pods, but he would take a look at them. A short time later he came from the back of the store and had fixed the issue. Tried to offer him some money, but he just said “happy holidays” and wouldn’t accept a payment. Will be bringing my I'-Phone or I-pad here for any future needs. Much more friendly and convenient than trying to use the internet or Apple Support.”
