  I scheduled a delivery for 11am-1pm on 1/9/25, the delivery driver arrived about an hour early when I was with a patient and I could not step out of the room. They left a pallet with multiple boxes just sitting on the side walk outside unattended.

  Scheduled a pick up for a Monday recently, they couldn’t make it out until Friday. We had three requests that we stated over and over.
  A box truck, a liftgate and an electric pallet jack. Showed up with one of the three requests a liftgate. Service and communication from this truck line is completely unacceptable.... read full comment

  Had a shipment from Florida that was supposed to be delivered to me on a Tuesday come Wednesday truck still not unloaded. Wasn’t able to get it till Thursday. That was only because I had to go down and pick it up. The communication was not very good. Made it very challenging to even pick up the load.
